I first became interested in Women's and Pelvic Health after the birth of my first daughter. I didn't appreciate how much change occurs in the body during and after pregnancy until I had gone through it. I had many questions for my healthcare providers during that time and in my second pregnancy that I felt went unanswered. I began to learn the information on my own, and the more I learned - the more I realized there was so much I didn't know about my own body and wanted to.

I am now a Pelvic Rehabilitation Certified Practitioner, as well as a Certified Menopause Practitioner. I believe that ALL women should feel healthy and strong through out their ENTIRE life. I believe that education empowers women to advocate for themselves and their bodies. I love providing a full body and lifestyle approach.
What We Do
Pure Wellness Studio is a Physical Therapist owned pelvic health center in Sea Girt & Shrewsbury, NJ. We seek to revolutionize the industry through changing the scope of pelvic floor and women’s health care, by focusing on whole body & mind wellness, and education. We offer an array of specialized services and individual programs to create an empowering experience that is reaffirming and uplifting. Our services include Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PT), Doula Services, and Yoga. We serve patients from all over the Jersey Shore & Monmouth County, including Wall, Brielle, Spring Lake, Manasquan, Point Pleasant, Belmar, Shrewsbury, Neptune, Rumson, Red Bank & Tinton Falls.
